Terms of use
BackРусский1. About the service
The service is operated by Yury Maximov.
These terms cover the Rooma app, the Rooma Pro practitioner workspace and their available features.
2. What Rooma provides
Rooma helps adult clients and practitioners arrange sessions, communicate and work with a journal, assignments and materials. Client accounts are created through invitations. Practitioners submit an application; workspace access depends on its status.
Rooma is not an emergency-response service. App features do not promise a particular therapeutic outcome. The scope of professional services, qualifications and practitioner responsibilities should be defined separately in the agreement with the practitioner.
3. Account and security
Use your own email address and accurate information. In the current version, client accounts are available to people aged 18 and over. Do not share sign-in codes or personal invitations with others or attempt to access another person’s data.
4. Sessions, conversations and materials
Check the session time and time zone. A proposed time differs from a confirmed appointment; rescheduling also requires the response shown in the app. Switching off the camera does not switch off the microphone.
Share only materials you are entitled to share. Do not upload another person’s data without an appropriate basis, malicious files or unlawful materials. Do not record or distribute a conversation or another person’s materials without the necessary permission and lawful basis.
5. Payment and cancellation
The app has no built-in consultation payment or subscription. Agree consultation prices and terms, including cancellation and refunds, with the practitioner before the session. A calendar booking does not itself constitute payment.
6. Rights to materials
Rights to your materials remain with their respective rights holders. Upload only materials you are entitled to use and show to the recipients you select. Publishing another person’s content requires permission or another lawful basis.
Using Rooma does not transfer rights in the service’s brand, software or design to the user.
7. Practitioner responsibilities
Provide current education and qualification information and upload only documents you are entitled to use. Use client data for the agreed purposes and within the permissions granted. Do not share private notes, responses or client documents with third parties without a lawful basis.
8. Stopping use
You can sign out and stop using the app. This does not delete stored data or cancel scheduled sessions. To cancel a session, use the available schedule actions or agree cancellation with the practitioner. Full account deletion through the app is not yet available.
